[AGE RESTRICTIONS]

Children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of children's shows, where children under the age of 1 are not allowed without refund. Parents are advised to bring hearing protection for their children.

The venue also reserves the right to refuse admission to minors under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by a legal guardian or who do not have parental authorisation, without refund.

** Tickets will be sold on the Bataclan site only, so beware of resale sites or fake tickets.

[HIGH TOUCH and SIGNING EVENT]

You will be able to High Touch a member of the band before getting their signature on your poster. You'll then move on to the next member!

We will provide you with A3 posters that will be signed by the band. It is forbidden to bring another medium to obtain a signature.

IT IS ALSO STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FILM OR TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE HIGH-TOUCH AND SIGNING EVENT.

It is forbidden to hug the artists or invade their personal space. Please respect these rules.

[QUEUES AND NUMBERING]

Tickets are numbered in order of purchase. There is no number on your ticket, you will be informed of your order of entry later.

We will give you your numbered wristband at the designated time. PLEASE do not camp outside the Bataclan, and do not come at an excessively early hour to wait outside the venue; for your own safety and health. Camping or waiting will not affect your place in line.

[GIFTS]: We are unable to accept gifts, but you may leave a letter in a box provided for this purpose.

[LIGHTSTICKS]: Official lighsticks will be allowed.

[FAN PROJECTS]: Please refer to the official Vampz fanbase page. We've asked each of the European fanbases to submit their ideas, which will then be voted on in their respective countries.

[FURTHER INFORMATION]

- Bring your ID card

- DSLRs, compact cameras, selfie sticks or gopro are not allowed. Try not to film everything and enjoy your concert!

- Outside food and drink will not be permitted.

- Please come with your phone charged, and take a portable battery if you don't think you'll make it through the day. Also print out your tickets to make sure you don't have any problems at the door.
