Sammy Rae & The Friends may be a band, but this collective of artists and dreamers considers itself first and foremost a family. Led by singer and songwriter Sammy Rae, the group thrives in the spotlight, in a climate of camaraderie with obvious alchemy, all-for-one and one-for-all, deft virtuosity and vocal fireworks. Their sound is a blend of Sammy's influences, rooted in classic rock, folk, funk and sprinkled with soul and jazz.

With a rhythm section, two saxophones, keyboards and plenty of percussion, Sammy Rae & The Friends have delivered energetic, spirited and unbridled live performances, playing to sold-out audiences in the US and Europe. Their latest single, "Closer To You", accompanies Sammy Rae & The Friends on their summer concerts at SummerStage in NYC and the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, and on their world tour in autumn 2023.

They'll be on stage at Le Bataclan in Paris on 14 November!
